The Crew 2 Beta Starts May 31st

It's worth checking out The Crew 2 livestream on May 30 if you don't manage to get in, as Ubisoft has teased that they may have beta keys to give away.

Today, Ubisoft announced that the closed beta for The Crew 2 will take place from May 31 at 8 am UTC to June 4 at 8 am UTC on PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, the Xbox One family of devices including the Xbox One X and Windows PC.

The Crew 2 is due out for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 29.

Pre-loading will begin on May 29 for all players that qualify, so you can be ready to go once the beta starts.

During the closed beta, players will be able to test the game's first level of progress by participating in races in the four disciplines offered: the Street Race, Rally Raid, Powerboat, Rally raid and Aerobatics in the United States. Can't wait for The Crew 2 to release? You can swap between vehicle types with a simple button press, depending on what kind of terrain you're racing on, and you'll also receive a special leather jacket in your game inventory when the final game is available for playing through the beta. Players will also be able to use the Fast-Fav feature, and instantly switch their vehicle type depending on the terrain they encounter as they explore a lovely open world recreation of the United States.
