Attorney Aaron Schlossberg in Viral Video has History of Verbally Harassing People

She told CBS News they befriended one of the workers there and often interact with him in English and Spanish. Schlossberg reportedly harassed the pair, and video captured him threatening to call immigration officials and have the two deported. So far, more than 1,500 people have RSVP-ed to the event. Angrily, Schlossberg tells them to speak English and that he will call ICE, assuming that they are undocumented.

The Congressman filed a formal grievance against Schlossberg with the New York State Unified Court System, and he said he and his office will welcome whatever the disciplinary committee ultimately decides.

The Washington Post and the New York Times did not name the man after being unable to contact him for comment.

"I let it go and pretty much forgot about it until I was scrolling through Twitter yesterday and randomly saw a thumbnail and thought, 'No freaking way!'" Morris said.

The clip shows Aaron Schlossberg scolding two employees of a NY deli on Wednesday for communicating in Spanish during a lunch hour rush at the Fresh Kitchen restaurant on Madison Ave.

He disappeared Wednesday without comment on the mess, although internet trolls unloaded on Schlossberg as his offensive opinions ripped through cyberspace. A NY congressman sent a grievance to the state court system asking for an investigation which could result in Schlossberg losing his law license.

News received an unintentionally hilarious response when Schlossberg was about to face some tough questions on the street. It was not clear when the incident took place.

The 44-year-old lawyer is also facing backlash from officials of the state of NY.

The city's Commission on Human Rights (NYCCHR) is considering opening an investigation into a Manhattan attorney's anti-immigrant rant that has gone viral, a spokesman confirmed Thursday. "There is no way this is the same guy, there is no way this guy did this again", he said in a video posted online. Yelp took down the reviews and posted a notice saying it removes both positive and negative posts that appear motivated more by news coverage than personal consumer experiences. Cameras caught up with Schlossberg on Thursday, and the 42-year-old appeared decidedly less confident than he had been in the restaurant.

"Lawyers are disciplined for things they say", said Gillers.

"This is the most linguistically diverse city", he said, "not only in the world but in the history of the world". "I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher or someone to jump out and yell, like, 'Punk'd.'.Who acts like that toward people who you think aren't from here". You're an ugly f***ing foreigner.
