Chapter Two casts James Ransone as grown-up Eddie

Chapter Two casts James Ransone as grown-up Eddie

The beloved character of Eddie Kaspbrak in the film (played by Jack Dylan Grazer) will be older in the sequel and the casting is way too flawless.

That rule doesn't apply to It's upcoming sequel, as all eyes are on who will play the grown up versions of The Loser's Club for Chapter Two of the single most successful horror movie of all time.

James Ransone's arguably best known for his role as Deputy So-and-So in the Sinister movies, while his other notable credits include The Wire, Generation Kill, Treme and Low Winter Son. The younger Stan was played by Wyatt Oleff in the 2017. Who would you like to see fill out the final two roles?

Casting will likely be wrapped up within the next few weeks, as the sequel is set to begin production later this summer. It director Andy Muschietti is also helming the sequel, which will dive back into the original novel by King. Bill Hader will be playing the adult Richie Tozier, the jokester-turned-DJ played by Finn Wolfhard as a kid.

Earlier this year McAvoy and Chastain dropped some pretty big hints over on their Instagram accounts, where they've shared snaps together using the hashtags #it and #itfilm. That seems to be in line with rumors that suggest that the rest of the cast beyond Chastain, Hader and McAvoy will consist of more-obscure character actors.

Meanwhile Mike Hanlon, the African-American member of the Losers Club, is also yet to be cast. It: Chapter 2 will feature the rest of King's book, which involves the Losers as adults, forced to return home to Derry, Maine to battle Pennywise once again.

The sequel will hit theaters on September 6, 2019.
